User Action Condition

Proceed to the next stage of automation if and only if a user(s) provide their approval.

Use when you want an authorized party to provide their consent to move forward with an action (usually a sensitive or costly action, such as a large refund or payout).

Currently the User action condition must be used proceeding a Request approval action; Automation will based on the specific response from the approver.

• Choose Selected Action and save from the User Action Condition configuration modal.
• Define conditions based on the possible responses from your Request Approval Action Node.

• When you receive a request for refund from a webhook, proceed with refund when it’s approved
• When a transaction is suspected of being fraudulent, allow a manager to decide to decline, authorize, or auth and capture after reviewing it manually
