When to Use

The optimal time to use Twilio in the WhenThen no-code environment is after the payment has been processed. You can add in our Twilio action node to communicate with your customers about their transaction or any follow up steps that may be necessary.

How to Use

To use Twilio within the WhenThen platform, simply drag the action node onto the no-code canvas and in the configuration panel you will be given the following actions to choose from:

  • Call Phone: Call a number(s) with a specific message
  • Send SMS: Send an SMS to the number(s) provided in the automation flow
