When to Use
Our Signifyd node sits after our Checkout form node. This ideal situation to use this node is when you want to carry out a risk assessment on the method of payment in order to protect the transaction against fraudulent activity and reduce the risk of chargebacks.
How to Use
To use the Signifyd, you simply drag the Signifyd node onto the no-code canvas. In the configuration panel found on the right-hand side of the screen, the “Get Payment Score” action will be available to select. This action will provide you with a number of input fields including the 'Coverage Request' which allows you to choose from the following:
SNAD: Standing for Significantly Not As Described, this coverage request will cover a chargeback received on guaranteed orders for fraud alleging items are not as described.
ALL: This coverage requests will cover all type of chargebacks.
FRAUD: This will cover the merchant on guaranteed orders for payment fraud.
INR: Standing for Item Not Receive, this coverage request will cover a chargeback received on guaranteed orders for a merchant when a dispute arises due to merchandise or services not being received.
