HubSpot should be used within your automation workflow when you would like to execute a CRM-related action using the inputs from your payment process. Including the action node in your automation will allow you to create, search and update varying aspects of your CRM with ease.

How to Use

Using HubSpot within the WhenThen platform is as simple as dragging the action node onto the no-code canvas. Once it has been added to the editor, you will be able to configure the node to perform any of the following option using data parameters from the payment workflow:

  • Find Company: This action will search the HubSpot CRM for an existing company using the data provided.
  • Create Company: This action will create a company using inputs from the workflow.
  • Update Company: This action will update an existing company within HubSpot with new variables from the workflow results.
  • Find Deal: This action will search HubSpot for an existing deal.
  • Create Deal: This action will create a new deal in HubSpot using inputs from the automation.
  • Update Deal: This action will update an existing deal in HubSpot with new variables.
  • Create Ticket: This action will create a new ticket in the CRM.
  • Find Ticket: This action searches for an existing in HubSpot.
  • Update Ticket: This action updates an existing ticket with corresponding data to the workflow inputs with new variables.
  • Create Contact: This action will create a new contact in the CRM with the customer's details provided in the payment flow.
  • Update Contact: This action update an existing contact in HubSpot with new customer details in the payment flow.
  • Find Contact: This action will search for an existing contact in your CRM based off data inputs you choose.
